Main Taza 85 characters with specialty coffee
Why are we called Taza 85?
In the world of specialty coffee, each coffee is evaluated through an international scale called SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), where coffees are scored from 0 to 100 points according to their aroma, flavor, acidity, body and balance. A coffee that obtains 80 points or more is already considered specialty coffee. At Taza 85, we believe in offering coffees that exceed that standard. Our name represents that commitment: coffees with a minimum cup quality of 85 points, carefully selected for their origin, their producers and their sensory profile. Each cup tells a story: that of the farmer, the land where it is grown and the process that transforms the bean into a unique experience. Taza 85 is not just a name. It is a promise of quality in every cup.
